AT OUR PRACTICE WE ASK YOU TO :
1. Phone first if you need to see a doctor or other medical professional.
2. Let us know if you have any flu-like symptoms.
We encourage patients to book a telephone consultation where appropriate to stop any risk of COVID-19 spreading by person-to-person contact, however in-person consults are also available.
If you have any flu like symptoms then on arrival, please press the intercom at the front door to advise you have arrived.
Should you feel unwell it is recommended that you get tested.
Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are free from the following Community Collections sites:

If you are symptomatic please do not enter, instead call from your car on 03 314 8211 and we will be happy to assist.
Antivirals are available for people who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are: 65 years and over, patients with chronic conditions or immunocompromised, Maori and Pacifica aged 50 years and over.
