Amberley Medical Centre offers PCR and supervised RATs free of charge to those with COVID-19 symptoms and household contacts during their daily swabbing clinics. Bookings are required.

Travel PCR and supervised RATs tests are also available (fees apply).

Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are free from the following Community Collections sites if you:

• are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, 

• are a household contact of a known case, 

• have been advised to get tested by a Health Professional.

What to do if your RAT result is positive?:

1. Self-isolate. You’ve already prepared for it, now kick your isolation plan into action and stay home.
2. Record your positive result on www.MyCovidRecord.nz or call 0800 222 478. If you got a supervised RAT, the result will be automatically entered for you. Once recorded, Amberley Medical Centre will be in contact with you to discuss your health needs.
3. Look after yourself. Most people will have mild to moderate symptoms and will be able to self-care at home. Amberley Medical Centre will be there for people who need us.
