Dr. Chris Vodde

I was born and raised in Alkmaar, Holland and studied medicine in Belgium. I joined the Dutch Army in 2001 and served as an Army Doctor on a mission in Aghanistan in 2007. Following that I worked as a surgical and A&E Doctor.

From 2008 to 2010 I undertook training to become a General Practitioner and worked in Antwerp for Child and Family Health, mainly involving preventative checks and immunisation.

I moved to Amberley in 2012 with my wife Jungwha and our two young children. I am enjoying the rural lifestyle and my role as rural GP and PRIME responder in the Amberley Community.
